常见问题

为什么发现不了对方设备?

  • 确认两台设备连接的是同一个 Wi-Fi / 局域网。
  • 首次启动时请允许「本地网络」权限;若之前拒绝过,可在系统设置中 重新开启后重启应用。
  • 部分路由器开启了「AP 隔离 / 访客网络」,会阻止设备互相发现, 请切换到普通网络。

接收到的文件保存在哪里?

Mac 上保存在「下载」文件夹的 kuaidrop 子目录 (~/Downloads/kuaidrop);iPhone / iPad 上可在应用内的接收记录中 查看与导出。

传输的文件会经过服务器吗?

不会。文件在两台设备之间通过加密的局域网连接直接传输,不经过任何 中转服务器,我们也不收集任何个人数据。详见 隐私政策。

支持哪些平台?

目前支持 iPhone、iPad 与 Mac,均可互相传输。

Frequently asked questions

Why can't my devices find each other?

  • Make sure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi / local network.
  • Allow the "Local Network" permission on first launch. If you denied it before, re-enable it in system settings and restart the app.
  • Some routers enable "AP isolation" or guest networks, which block devices from discovering each other. Switch to a regular network.

Where are received files saved?

On Mac, files are saved to the kuaidrop folder inside Downloads (~/Downloads/kuaidrop). On iPhone / iPad, view and export them from the receive history inside the app.

Do transfers go through a server?

No. Files move directly between your devices over an encrypted LAN connection, with no relay server. We collect no personal data. See our Privacy Policy.

Which platforms are supported?

iPhone, iPad, and Mac — all of them can transfer to each other.
